Warranty Scope

Battalion Battery provides this limited warranty to the original retail purchases from authorized dealers and/or official online stores of the branded battery models JAP55, EURO70 and EURO100 only.

Warranty Period

Battalion Battery warrants that your battery is free of defects and workmanship for the duration of the warranty periods. Battalion's warranty covers a 36 (thirty-six) months free replacement period for all Battalion models stipulated in the Warranty Scope. If your battery failed due to product defect within the free replacement period, you may obtain a free replacement battery after diagnosis has been performed by our authorized dealer or Battalion Battery team.

Any replacement battery you obtain under this warranty shall be identical or reasonably equivalent to your original battery. Any warranty coverage that remains on your original battery (when you return it for a replacement battery under this warranty) will carry over to your replacement battery. The replacement battery will not have a separate warranty coverage.

Warranty Enforcement

Your warranty begins on the date of purchase and shall be for the period of 36 months. You may establish your date of purchase by presenting the purchase receipt for the purchase of your original battery. Failing which, your dealer will estimate the date of purchase from the manufacturer serial code on each battery.
